Comfortable and appealing hotel located so close to restaurant and bar, public transport, and Beamish Museum. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Free parking onsite provided. Comfy location in a nice big conservatory, and 5 minute walk from Yesteryear Village.

Thank you everyone for a VERY PLEASANT stay for a well needed pint-good value. They gave me good-sized and nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, drinks.

Was a fantastic stay, I liked this place!
The location was marvellous and lovely, not too far away from a multi - purpose stadium. The room I booked was comfy and bright with a comfortable bed and drinks as expected.

Had a very nice 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The location of the hotel was ideal, in a nice big conservatory. Café Carmelite Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, the bed was nice.

The staff was very professional, respectful. The double room I got was included with French windows a fenced around decked area to sit out, a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was enchanting with free wi-fi. The property was placed 19 miles away from the airport. All the staff were very, very nice, courteous.

The location of the hotel is favourable, just off a taxi. Also, the venue is located 3 miles away from Discovery Pyramid Science Museum. The downstairs bar is busy.

Efficient and respectful staff and the place was reasonably clean. Perfect location, a short way from everywhere. Found in a beautiful part of the town. Exceptional meal at attached restaurant. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The rooms were both comfy, attractive, complete with drinks, French windows a fenced around decked area to sit out and the bath/shower.
